May 7

Tuesday:
Breakfast- sweet potato hash. Super yummy, and Clare loved it too. 
Lunch- baked potato
Dinner: leftovers from Monday. 
Snack- honey dew melon

May 6

Monday was gluten free Day 1- and I survived.
Breakfast- Strawberry Banana Smoothie- not enough.
Lunch- Lemony garlic crockpot chicken- new to me recipe, didn't turn out nearly as yummy as it sounded.
Dinner- Leftovers from lunch. Blah. Plus some cucumbers.

I really wanted to give up and eat something chocolatey after the kids went to bed. I decided that the day was almost over and I was going to make it- but I could fail tomorrow if I needed to. I made breakfast for Tuesday morning- super yummy! I need more snacks.
